Hey y'all! My wife and I ๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ have lived in Holladay for over 12 years and started Dryer Vent Wizard as a way to serve in our community, provide a solution to a frustrating problem, and build a local business that's a great place to work. We only do dryer vent cleaning, repairs, and installation - we see it all so we're always your last call, whether it's residential, multi-unit, or commercial. ๐ฑ
Dryers are the cause of >90% of appliance related house fires. ๐ฅ Clogged dryer vents can cause lengthy dryer times or numerous cycles leading to wear on clothing and increased utility costs. ๐ฐ
It's recommended households with children and pets get their dryer vents cleaned every 12 months - when was the last time you had yours cleaned? ๐๏ธ
We'd be honored to visit your home & help you get rid of that pesky D80, D90, etc. code on your dryer by cleaning your vents. Scheduling an appointment with a Wizard ๐ง is simple, call or book online! ๐ฉ๐ปโ๐ป

We are a local team that uses specialized equipment to access the air ducts and dryer vents in your home, removing dust and debris. We treat your home as we would our own. Our air duct cleaning service includes an antimicrobial fog to thoroughly clean toxins that may remain. Our pricing is straight-forward and based on your homes square footage. There will never be any hidden charges or upsales. The price we agree to will be what you pay. Please reach out to me directly at ********** or through ****************.
Air Duct Cleaning;
I do a walk through of your home with you and go over my plan to clean your system. I'll place drop cloths down to protect your flooring. I then use compressed air whip and or rotary brush agitation to remove contamination and force it back to me at a vacuum source. I repeat this at every air register. I use a reverse and or forward air whip and a vacuum in each return air duct. I clean the registers / vents before reinstalling them. I then clean out your air filter and furnace as good as I can depending on access. finally I treat your entire system with an antimicrobial and anti odor fog from each air return. This product is EPA certified for indoor use and poses no danger. Everyone can be in the home while it's done. The fog is pulled through your return air ducts, fan, coils and then pushed out all the air ducts. Last I'll use a floor vacuum through out your house to be sure we leave no trace of our work.
Dryer Vent Service;
Option 1 (Value Clean)
I will clean the dryer vent pipe from the outside of the house in towards your dryer including the outer vent and fins. (Half the price as full service)
Option 2 (Full Service)
You will show me where your dryer is. I'll pull the dryer away and remove your flex line or vent box. I'll inspect it for damage and insure proper operation. I'll make minor repairs if needed. I'll remove your lint trap and clean your dryer internally through to its exhaust. I clean the flex line or Vent box. I'll then clean the vent the vent pipe to the outside vent fins. I clean behind your dryer and reinstall the flex line or vent box. I move your dryer back as they were. I run your dryer on air only and clean the vent again from the outside through to the dryer making sure the entire system is completely clean and free of any obstructions.
Combining both services will save you up to $80. And the price for additional dryer vents is $100 cheaper than a standard dryer vent service.
I take pride in my work and I really want you to feel better about the air coming out of your vents. I'll do my best to stay out of your way. I will not leave until the job is done, unless you want me to of course. And I'll treat your home with respect just as I would want someone working in my home to do. I really appreciate you taking the time to look through my profile and giving me a chance to earn your business. Thank you so much.
