While many vendors may insist on an initial visit, we feel comfortable providing upfront pricing. - Service call and first hour of work: $120. Includes addressing any issues that do not require parts other than lubricants, screws, wire nuts, tape, etc. Each additional hour will be charged at a rate of $75. - Spring replacement for residential doors: $245 for one spring or $325 for both springs (includes service call fee and parts). - Cable replacement: $150 (includes new cables and service call fee). For spring and cable replacement, the price will be the cost of the spring replacement plus $50. - New opener installation supplied by you: $295. - New opener installation with opener provided by us (Genie or Craftsman, depending on what's available): $645. Any other services will be quoted accordingly. Lastly, it's important to note that Thumbtack will charge a substantial fee for this lead BUT ONLY if you reach out to us.
