Schedule a 15-minute Buyer Success Call with me. I like to schedule a 15-minute call over Zoom so I can learn more about your goals. Getting Pre-Approved is extremely important to do at the beginning of the process. It can sometimes be just a day to get pre-approved but other times a week. Here are three great lenders to reach out to. Kristin Lakes----Andrew Engle ---- Brian Burke: ---- Your Dream Home Quiz! It only takes a few minutes and helps you figure out whats important to you. (This also helps me in case I have an off-market listing) I will then set you up on an MLS search to show you everything that might hit the market within your criteria. Home Quiz  4. The majority of homes require approval from sellers so if the proposed time does not work for the homeowner, they will propose a new time.
