What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I curate my services accordingly to each client. I do not charge for market analysis on a certain property if would like to know the true value of your home or on another home. There are no fees for house showings and some customers don't know this but it is FREE to use me as a buyer's agent!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For buyers typically we would have a meeting to talk about what you are looking for and what your expectations in the buying process. I have great resources too as well to find your lender or anything else you may need.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have experience in staging, negotiating, and marketing.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I advise that you make sure that you have a good connection with your realtor. You will be spending a lot of time with your realtor and they would want to earn your trust. You would need for them to care for your needs but at the same time make it as stress free as possible and FUN! The top producers in our industry may also be too busy to give you the service and attention you deserve too as well. Busy realtors generally are dealing with 5+ listings and buyers. Find an agent that have the time to serve you with care.
