Selling: Only 2% Listing Fee. If we bring you the buyer, you still only pay only pay 2%. Compare with other brokerages or agents who charge you 5-6% listing fee. You can save thousands of $$. Buying: Receive a Free Home Warranty. simple as that.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We make it easy. We will come to you and have an in person meeting or over the phone if you prefer. We will answer all the questions you have regarding the selling and buying process. If you decide to move forward, we will be with you every step of the giving you expert advice throughout the process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in Marketing and Education I went on to complete several Professional Educational Courses in Business/Marketing and Leadership. I went into REAL ESTATE at the age of 23 and never looked back.
