What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is fair and honest. There are times based upon individuals and their circumstances that I work for very little to help them out. If you buy and sell with us, we certainly will lower your cost on the sale side. We have references to provide should you want to speak with any of our clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

All you need is to contact me via email, phone or text. We can arrange a meeting to discuss exactly what your needs are in regards to buying or selling real estate. This is all about you and what you want. It is my job to deliver results.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I may be one of the very few real estate professionals with a degree in real estate. That followed up by numerous transactions in both commercial and residential real estate sales provides a solid basis for intelligent business decisions for my clients. Add a high degree in negotiation skills and you have the attributes you should have to represent clients in perhaps the most expensive transaction they will every make.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I come from a family in the real estate business - I actually have a degree in Real Estate. Ask any broker/agent if they have a degree and I will bet I am only one of a few nationwide with that distinction.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

It is always great when a plan comes together. Sometimes people need to sell their home before buying a new one. It stresses me out probably more than them - I just don't want anyone to become homeless. I have been successful with every client who has asked us to help under these circumstances.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

So many real estate professionals just don't show up. They don't call back, don't follow up and don't deliver. Call a few brokers and see which ones answer their phones or immediately call you back. I am committed to my profession. This is not a part time job for me and I take it serious. I am always on time, solve issue quickly and always answer my phone.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I am a real estate professional and I work for my clients, not the other way around. I take pride in doing a great job - I decided a long time ago to do the right thing, help my clients and make my focus on them - not me or my income. And because I operate that way, I am successful and my clients are always pleased with how I have helped them. Most of them actually become close friends.
