Home Staging is the art of decorating a home to sell quickly and for more money on the real estate market.
Home stagers set the stage for potential home buyers to imagine how they could live in a property and make it their home.
This can be as “simple” as rearranging what the home seller already has. Or it can include bringing in new furniture, accessories and art to make the home appeal to more buyers.

I have lived in The Woodlands for 15 years, I raised both of my children here, and my youngest just left for college this past year. We moved to the Woodlands because it was a family-oriented town with a fantastic school system! It is an amazing place to raise a family, and all of the big companies in the area bring new residents from all over the world, making the Woodlands a diverse, international community!
I listen to my clients, and I find homes that match their desired features and budget. If my clients have limited time or upon request, I will preview a home to see if it fits the client’s criteria, to ensure their time is well-spent on looking at the homes that are the best fit. When I take my clients to see a home, I will point out any issues I see so they are aware of every feature or potential problem.
For sellers, I create a professional listing with amazing photos! I am shocked at some of the listings I have seen on the MLS with horrible photos! Today’s buyers are shopping for their home on the internet, the photos they see “sell the house”, and determine whether they will schedule a showing to see the home in person. Therefore, the photos are the most important part of the listing! I help my clients with staging, and I accompany the photographer so I can ensure every photo looks terrific! Every home I list is marketed and presented as if it were my own home. I am an expert negotiator and I make sure no detail is overlooked! I always ensure my client’s homes are priced for the market, so they get the top selling price possible, without overpricing and having the home sit on the market.
Integrity and honestly are the foundation of my business, and I work tirelessly for each client as though they were a member of my family!
