Through creative house hacking, Maria bought her first property at age 21 while attending the University of Washington and working 3 jobs simultaneously. Outside of real estate, Maria has 15 years of professional experience in sales and marketing. Most within 45 minutes of our office, so we can do quick drive by inspections, easy short notice showings. We keep our costs low, so we can pass the savings onto you.
