By using sub-contractors we can get the lowest cost, and best service for our clients. Our inventory is around 75 homes. Most within 45 minutes of our office, so we can do quick drive by inspections, easy short notice showings. We keep our costs low, so we can pass the savings onto you. The best thing we enjoy, is keeping your investment profitable. with good screening, high quality tenants, and good, quick repairs and upkeep.
