We are all passionate about the HVAC industry. We are a team of professionals who joined together to start 1st Choice Heating and Cooling to offer a better HVAC experience for our customers and for employees.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers. We offer easy financing. We can work with the person who wants the top of the line, high SEER system with all metal ductwork. We also work with people that aren't able to afford the higher end systems and we treat all of them the same. We just love helping people and saving them from the scam artists of the industry.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I love all of our projects. They all are special to us because of how much we take pride in seeing the look on our customers faces when they see the difference that we bring to the table. We treat our customers like family. Well....like the family you actually want to spend time with anyway. :)

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

4 major things as follows: 1. What company is best for me? This is a service industry, but unlike getting your oil changed, the technicians actually come into some of the most secretive places of your dwelling. Can you trust that they will respect your home. Ask about the install crew...that's where most companies pay the least. So, you spend 15k and they send a guy making $15 an hour out to install it, while the salesman got $1500. How do you think the stuff they do that you can't see is going to actually be done? 2. What system is best for my needs? Heat Pump, Gas, Package Unit, Dual Fuel, Mini Split. There are so many options, make sure your company is more about EDUCATING you on all your options. Most companies will just try to SELL YOU on what they make the most money on. 3. How much are we willing to pay for what we want? What price are you willing to invest in this? 20% of our customers will buy based on PRICE alone, and around 80% of customers buy based on VALUE. Which is important to you? Cheap Price, or High Value? TIP: Always factor in lower energy bills with higher value units. 4. How are we going to pay for it? Cash, Credit, Mixture? Some companies offer interest free options for financing, and some companies only accept cash or credit card payments. Some, like ours, has many different options for you to pay now or pay over time.
