What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Every job is different, But my goal is to give a price that is comfortable for the customer allowing them to get the professional installation without the professional cost.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I want to reach out to the customer and let them know who I am, I usually ask them exactly what they are looking for so we can quickly figure out the best methods to get the job done, There are no silly questions when it comes to remodeling your house so ask away and I will do the best to answer accordingly.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

After Is graduating high school I attended Lincoln technical institute for both Hvac and electrical.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started fresh out of high school as a helper, Over the last 15 years I have done nothing but learn each and every day and I continue to do so.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with all types of customers, With contracts connected connected to big stores such as Lowe's home depot and Best Buy, My customer base has no limit we always try to accommodate the customer as best as possible whether they have a disability of some sort or are just Nervous due to the virus situation. we just want them to feel comfortable

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am currently working on a new construction job in Massachusetts, This is a state funded project in which I am helping Install the appliances for less fortunate families who are on state assistance, When finished the project will house over 200 families who have been less fortunate.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Take your time and look for the person that suits you best.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The customer should find out if there appliance or product runs off gas or electric.
