What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Schedule appointment & inform if service fee, 30 mins heads up when on the way by text/call, perform system evaluation every time, present repair options, go over pricing, and perform repair same day if possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
HVAC Journeyman License, EPA CFC, Load Calculations.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My passion for the HVAC trade started since I was in high school in Southern Maryland taking vocational school. Then went on to trade school, at the same time I started working as an install helper, after a couple years I became a lead installer. I worked my way up to become a licensed service technician. After nearly 10 years my hunger to learn and develop in the trade never stops, I am passionate and proud for helping people complete their home projects.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with various customers from all ages, backgrounds, and nationalities around Maryland, all customers are valuable to us.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
A recent project my company has done is the installation of a heat pump system & thermostat in one of the coldest day of the year (around 10degrees), our customer was in need of heat and for us the customer satisfaction is our priority. This project took around 8 hours including testing full system operation, clean up and debriefing clients on the ins and out of their new equipment.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Customers should always look for trained and licensed professionals who care and take pride of workmanship like us.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
When was the last time the system had maintenance done? What type of warranty is there on the repair or replacement? What type of HVAC system does your home have?
