What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are a flat rate company during regular business hours. Our rate is $79.95 for all Residential Service Calls and Tune Ups. We are a Veteran Owned Company, and we are highly recommended for giving discounts on all HVAC Installs and Service Calls for, First Responders Veterans Senior Citizens

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Being honest about the Services we provide and not having high prices. We are a very Affordable and Competitive company with all of our prices.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our Company has highly trained Owners and Employees with all 4 years of education in HVAC and our company has over 30 + years of experience in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration. Our Company is NATE Certified and Refrigerant Certified. We work on all Industrial, Commercial, and Residential Properties throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started doing this work right out of High School.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all customers involving Industrial, Commercial, and Residential Properties.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did a project for the Department of Corrections for Milwaukee County. This Project took about 2 years from start to finish.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would tell customers to be careful who you hire. Because a lot of people say they know what they are doing but tend to question when they pay high prices for improper installed equipment. I see this a lot and I don't like how people are being taking advantage of.

What type of education and experience do they have, and are they licensed in all areas of HVAC/R?
