What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

There is a 50% deposit required prior to scheduling, the remaining balance is due upon completion of services rendered.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Starting with a phone call I either give an over the phone estimate (if posible) or I set up an estimate and travel to the client to meet and discuss the scope of work, what is needed/wanted. From there, I finish am on-site estimate/quote to present to the client.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently, I had a panel upgrade on a residential home. I upgraded the main panel from 175 Amps to 400 Amps. this included pulling permits and having inspections done by city and local electrical suppliers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

always get 2-3 estimates from different companies in your area.

Always ask what's the process is, how long it'll take, and make sure there's a hard copy of the job estimate with a price on it.
