What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing fluctuates depending on the type of job whether it’s a new install or service call some jobs have set prices and some can be hourly rates.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to meet my customers at their home or business to go over in person the project that they need completed and get a clear understanding of the vision they have.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I went to an electrical trade school to obtain my electrical license. And I’m also OSHA certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started doing this type of work learning from my father and grandfather at a young age

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked all different types of customers from homeowners to business owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Installing reccssed overhead lighting throughout a home project took a couple of days and came out beautiful.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you go with an electrician that takes pride in what he does and is not just doing it for the money.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure you have some understanding of the type of job you need done.
