What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Two types of service: 1 repair service/small job 2 large job set for future work. Either way, we will send our one of our expert background checked, licensed electricians to help you out. Typically, our electrician will be driving a Warehouse on Wheels with parts and tools to take care of 93% of issues same day for service calls.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our electricians are Licensed Journeyworker Electricians who have extensive knowledge with a homes wiring, continual code updates ensure that our electricians are aware of the most recent code changes and we continue to update people with product and job specific support.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Harrison Electric started in 1985, and remains today working in existing homes predominantly.

Our customers are from all over the Twin Cities area of Minneapolis and Saint Paul areas. Our focus is working with home owners of single family existing homes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our projects vary from a short trip to replace a switch or outlet to extensive multi month remodeling, when our services are need at intervals.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find someone you are confident and comfortable with....even if it is not us. We all have had those days. However, what typically sets us apart, is we have depth in our specially of existing homes, meaning, when our electricians get into something unfamiliar to them or the rare code question, other electricians, are available to help. Our goal is to get you the job that you want, meet code requirements, and be happy with the installation or service.
