Hey potential customers, I wanted to give you guys a small intro on what we do here at Linked up Cabling Solutions LLC. We are a small low voltage company based in Bryan College Station TX. We travel all over the state depending on the size of the project. We can do anything as small as installing your ring products, mounting you TVs, adding electrical outlets, Installing Security cameras around your home to Wiring up a big commercial projects or new residential properties. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Since my company is still small i cant afford to spend thousands of dollars on equipment witch is good for the customers because thats where they will save a ton of money. Alot of AV companys will double their money on everything they sell you but i will show you on what to buy and just charge for my labor.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

New customers will get free estimate's as well as free advise and ideas on their technology needs. I also like to include free items like 5ft HDMI cords and surge protectors.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Security and BICSI licensing has been provided by previous employers as well as classes for CCTV system's.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started working as a tech. for a local data and voice company in Collegestation Tx, and moved on to Audio Video and more....

What types of customers have you worked with?

Professional athletes, Business owners, and our typical family's.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I did a local BBQ business that got a great sound system, TV's and cameras around their perimeter. I pulled all the cable in day1, did the install in 2nd day and day 3 was programming and teaching the customer. Job came out great!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask the pro to give you references so you can make sure they really are pros at what they do.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How much will this run me. what other options can I go with. How long can this take. What kind of warranty will I get. Will I get a better price if I add more to my bundle.
