What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is pretty simple, upfront and defiantly lower than the competition

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to give prices up front without making the customer go through so many loop holes. I have standard pricing for most of my work but always look for the best interest of our customers as well :)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our electricians are certified and licensed & at least 4 years of experience or greater

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started working for a couple of different companies, such as Brant Electric, Cummins, & many other until I finally decided to make it a business of my own.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with anything from Residential to Commercial customers!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently wired an entire house from nothing. It took us only 1 week before asking for a city inspection!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for good price but also good quality and customer service!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Just make sure of the job they need and be willing to be open to suggestions
