we have a 10% discount for the first time with our company, and 15% for seniors.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We schedule a meeting with the customer at a time that is convenient for him, then we send a professional technician and check all the problems at the door and make sure we didn't miss anything. Then we give the customer several options to solve the problem.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I worked in the family's company for 6 years, I went through professional training, then I learned business management, and thus I decided to start my own company.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My last project was the installation of two glass doors and the installation of two motors designed for heavy weight, since the doors were of a special size they arrived after 4 business days, the installation take about 5 hours, for this work we sent four installers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The first advice I would give to the customer is to make sure that the company is local. So that in case there is an emergency or any problem, the customer will not have to wait a long time for the technician to arrive. The second advice is to make sure that the technician puts the best products on the door and make sure that he accepts a warranty for the work.
