I have very fair pricing and also have options for high end parts as well as standard parts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

With all customers, I like to meet in person to go over their garage door issues or concerns.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was trained by some really great guys in the industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It seemed like a perfect fit for my skill level and I was right, I love doing this job. I can’t honestly think of anything else I’d rather do. I got into this business with the intent on starting my own business. I finally made it.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers. When I used to work for another company, I was often sent to customers who were unsatisfied with the previous technicians. I would make sure that when I left they were happy again, doing whatever it takes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I take pride in all the work I do. I do not rush through any job. I do things right the first time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don’t look any further. I am your guy. I am very good at what I do. I’m looking to build long lasting relationships with all my customers.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I think that depends on the situation. I like to inform them about everything I can offer. Repairs versus replacement. A new garage door will add value to the home as well as curb appeal.
