We provide FREE estimates. I am the owner and operator of the business. That helps keep costs down. 10% discount for new customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once we receive the your contact, we verify with you the problem and we can go to your place and provide you with a FREE estimate. Once you accept our offer, we schedule an appointment that's convention to you for the repair to take place.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I completed a 6 month professional program followed by a 6 month hands on training. I have over 6 years of experience repairing and installation all types of garage doors and openers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked all my life as a technician in different fields, and I became interested in the garage doors field about 7 years ago. I am dedicated to help people fix their garage doors and to the success of my family owned company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We worked with all kinds of customers over the years. My customers's stratification is my number 1 priority.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Replaced a whole garage door conversion system from an old one to a global system of 2 drums, 2 brackets, central bracket, a center bearing, 2 springs, 16' tub, and 2 cables. It took me 2 hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always look for somebody that will help you understand your Garage door problem, work around your schedule, and provide you with a professional service. Ask for a technician with at least 3 years of experience. Ask what kind of warranty they offer. The quality of our parts are always guaranteed.

How many years of experience they have in the field, and what types of garage doors they have worked on.
