What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We offer free inspections to get a good idea of the problem and provide the customer with an accurate quote. Quotes over the phone often are not accurate.

I often tell my customers to always hire a licensed contractor for any home improvement, licensed contractors know how important it is to keep their license in good standing so most likely you will receive great customer service and quality craftsmanship

Customers should ask for the companies credentials, for example: Are you licensed? How long have you been in business? Are you insured? Are you a member of the BBB?
