What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The client should know that we are very transparent and care for our costumers. Therefore we suit our price for our clients. We give them the most suitable price for the job that is needed

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First call would be to call the client to greet them, getting all of their information and getting to the bottom of the service they need, after that part we will get to schedule the estimate services. When getting to the property we right away inspect the garage and discuss the service that is needed and get to work!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Ever since I was exposed to garage door services I knew I have to be best at it. It took me years of practice and education through my job to perfect it.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started as an employee for a garage service company and something about it just kept me drawn to the buisness, the part of communicating with my costumers, showing them step by step what has to be done, and finally showing them the best results there could be. Shortly after that I opened my own business and began my own journey

What types of customers have you worked with?

We are able to work with every costumer we come across, there is no reason to not work with certain type of people. We love to help it’s what keeps us driven to do what we do. We have the ability to provide all types of costumers with all types of services

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My most fonded project was replacing the springs, this process took about 8-25 minutes

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise them to do a thural background check on the company, to make sure that others are fully satisfied with the service of the company. To make sure that they are transparent and care for their costumers and their results. Give them a call beforehand and listen to house they greet and provide costumer service as first impression.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I would usually recommend to know all details regarding your garage, us as professionals we will be able to tell the problem right as we inspect the garage door, if needed a new garage door we recommend the the client just has a vision to what they would want their dream garage door to look like and we will prove them with their needs.
