Our customers should know that we price our services very fairly. Our goal is to make sure people can call and know they are getting an affordable and honest price!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We offer free quotes so our customers can have an easy and stress-free time when they give us a call. We come out when a customer gives us a call and we explain exactly what is wrong with their garage door.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been working on garage doors now for about 3 years! We started out installing all kinds of residential garage doors of all different sizes. Know we focus on repairs and garage door opener installations.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My business partner and I decided to pick up a job and it happened to be a garage door installation position. Now we have mastered everything about residential garage doors knowing exactly what is wrong.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all kinds of customers across the Sacramento region, from homeowners and business owners to real estate professionals and DIY enthusiasts, each with their unique garage door repair needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

In the last project, my partner and I put in 3 new garage door openers for someone with 3 garages in their home. It took us about 2 hours. We offered the customer 3 affordable and reliable Chamberlain openers, the new openers made his garage safer and more convenient to use. Seeing how happy he was with the work made it a great job for us.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking to hire someone in my field, I'd advise customers to not hesitate to ask for different pricing options. It's important to understand what you're paying for and to ensure you're getting the best value. Also, don't be scared to ask various questions, no matter how simple or complex they may seem.
