What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once a customer gets in touch with us, we would make contact by phone to verify the customer's repair needs and schedule an appointment. In most cases, we can arrive and complete the repair within a few hours. When we arrive, we asses the repairs needed and discuss costs with the customer. We can then make the necessary repairs. Once completed, we would do a walk-thru with the customer to show them what was done and verify that repairs where made to the customers satisfaction.
