I have 18+ year of experience in my field of perfecting What I do. I can come give a free estimates on certain jobs or smaller handyman around the house types of things. Fully insured and bonded

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I really try to just spend how ever long it takes to get a good feel on what it is that you as a customer wants to see accomplished before I even get to work and then try to exceed that.

Comm. Rolling steel install Comm. Sectional door install Comm. Operators install Comm. operator high voltage and explosion proof wiring Fire door installs Fire door drop tests Residential sectional door installs Residential operator install (for several makes and models) High speed fabric door installs Ariel work platform certified Fall protection trained and certified OSHA PPE trained and certified And more I'm sure I didn't list I have the documents for all listed training above if I needed to present them for any reason

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My grandparents own a garage door company for 60 year so it's always been in my family I guess you can say I was born into it an when they were ready to retire me and my wife moved from Pennsylvania to Colorado where I decided to give it a go and start my own company

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential, commercial, industrial you name it and I'm sure I have probably came across it in my 18 year of doing this.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I convert some doors from standard lift door to lift clearance to run up the wall until they got to the ceiling for a couple because they needed all the storage room they could gain overhead and it took me 2 day with a complete overhaul swapping tracks springs cables and on 16'ceilings

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

ask the questions that matter sometimes the right pro can share the knowledge you needed for free. Knowledge is power but powerless if you don't acknowledge and use it!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask how they would go about tackling a problem you have and if it seems they are trying to give you just a real quick short or run around answer they might not be what you need. This is a tough question to answer though because we all doing things little differently then the next this I feel would really just have to be a guy instinct call on you as the home owners part
