What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process is to send a technician to the customer's home at no charge to provide a free written estimate on the cost of repairs. If the customer chooses to get the repair work done, we are able to provide the repairs immediately, often getting a customer's door working within the hour.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

trained in garage doors repair replace and service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

we are family owned and operated. work for others for years. started our own so we can offer great Service at a fair price. we don't sell parts you don't need like many others will do just to make money if you let them i will do 21 pt inspection tell you what you need today as well as what you will need soon.

We do all residential and commercial sales service and install.

be sure they show you what you need and why as well as show you all old parts sounds crazy but happens. make sure you need and get what you pay for.
