What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Calling the customer and introducing our selves. Understanding the problem and the customer needs Scheduling and performing the work discussed on the BEST way possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

5 Years Working under supervision of other professionals. 1 Year SAFTEY training- Garage doors can be very dangerous

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Use to work as a mechanical engineer, So i'm very familiar with all the technical parts, problems and solutions.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Wide Range of customers - Owners, Tenants, Property Management companies, Real estates agents, House flippers and General contractors. We worked on Residential doors, Commercial doors and custom request doors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our customers wanted to fit a car lift inside of his garage. In order to get it done we had to lift the existing garage door, which included new tracks and a lot of components and adjustment for it to work smoothly. Best part was the customer's satisfaction after all the hard work.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you read reviews about the business. And also that they are responsive and be there when you need them.
