What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is flat rate and includes a full service for any repair we do. The door and opener are a system and you can’t simply replace a single part and walk away. Everything needs to be readjusted so it functions properly and is “future proofed” to limit the need for early future repairs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We educate the customer on their door, how everything works, what we recommend they do for their door and why we recommend it. We give several different repair and service options to best suit the customers budgets and expectations.

We have over 20 years of industry experience.

General contractors, homeowners, landlords, renters.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had a customer who believed his door was beyond repair but was on a very tight budget. I offered him a free quote and was able to repair his door to almost new working order way under his expected budget. He was elated.

Often a “cheap” repair is cheap for a reason.
