PROLIFT garage doors is a premier garage door provider with over 40 years of industry experience. We have locations throughout the country and service both commercial and residential garage doors of all types. We use quality products on every job that we do. We use our own 100% made in the USA products. We have the best warranties; we stand by our products and do everything we can to help our customers. Most springs last around 3 years ours last around 10 years. We offer 100% warranties on parts and labor. Everyone else will still charge labor when doing warranty items. We also inspect everything on your garage door to make sure that when we leave your garage door is square and true, but most importantly safe to use. We do a google verification background check on all of our employees to make sure that you know the person coming to your home is a safe and honest person. We also are a nationwide company in which means that we will be here in the next 15-20 years. Unlike the here today gone tomorrow companies. When using Pro Lift Doors, we are not the cheapest, but you know that you will get the job done right and we will use the best equipment possible.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We charge free door estimates, but we do charge at $50 service fee that we will remove if $100 or more is spent. Pricing is also the same across all customers. There is no dynamic pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once you book an appointment, with us we will come out inspect your door to let you know what is needed to make your door safe and reliable. Once we let you know what is needed. Then you have the ability to decide on what items you would like to fix.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We pride ourselves on having weekly training sessions. That way we know everyone in our company when they show up knows exactly what they are doing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of different customers all over South Florida.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Most of our projects are done the same day. As long as we have the equipment.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please take the time to know that not all the equipment is the same. We use the best equipment on all of our jobs. There are very different types of springs out there. We use the top-of-the-line powder coated springs. Most people use Oil rubbed springs. The powder coated springs should last 10 to 15 years. The Oil Rubbed springs will last around 3 to 4 years. Many people will say this many cycles which is true but that deceives the customer. Because after there is no way to tell how many cycles you are going to use during the year. Please do not get fooled buy a company that uses non powder coated springs and tells you the spring will last longer than 4 ye

Are you looking for a something that is going to last for a long time IE 10 plus years or are you looking for something that is a quick fix and is going to last a 2 to 3 years.
