We have no hidden fees. We don't charge a fuel surcharge. Veterans get a 10% discount on repairs. Free estimates.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

They contact us, we try to assess the problem, or find out what they’re looking for through the phone call. Once assessed, we go out and give them an estimate on cost to repair or install the product and let the customer tell us if they want it or not. If they do and we have the materials, we install on the spot. If not, we order it and install once the materials arrive

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Various liftmaster training sessions on opener repair and installation, as well as Various Service Spring Corp training on proper door function

Worked for another company that we felt overcharged their customers

Residential mostly, Homeowners. Some Commercial.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We installed 3 doors for the City of Satellite Beach Fire Department. The work time on the job was 3 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure your garage door pro is licensed. If not, they might try to sell parts on an old door that needs to be replaced and is a waste of your money

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They just need to know if they want to fix only what's broken, or if they are willing to spend a little extra to have a smoother running package that will last longer.
