We offer Same Day Service Calls for Free! Other companies in our industry charge $50 - $90 for a service call and they will only waive that cost if you agree to their repair work! We don't charge at all for a service call. We will come to your home, diagnose your repair or replacement options, and give you a written quote prior to doing any repair work! If you decide to get the work done, we are fully equipped to complete every repair right then and there. If you choose to get a second quote, we will leave you with our written quote and you won't be charged anything for that trip! We believe our experience, knowledge and prices set us apart from our competition and we're willing to show you for free. We enjoy making people's lives easier. Nobody want's to deal with a home repair. They're costly and you never know if the company you're hiring is the right company. That's why we go above and beyond to ensure your comfortable with us, as a company. We are state licensed and insured. ALL of our employees are background checked and drug tested. We clearly display our license number on our vehicles and invoices. We offer a completely free service call to get you a diagnosed, written repair quote. We try to make our customer's lives easier, and we enjoy that.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

In the garage door industry prices can vary greatly according to the job. This is why we're proud to be the only garage door company of our size to offer a free service call and have a technician come out right away to diagnose your problem and provide you with a free quote to fix your doors. We never charge a service fee, whether it's regular business hours, after hours or weekends.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our typical process is to send a technician to our customer's home at no charge to provide a free written estimate on the cost of repairs. If the customer chooses to get the repair work done, our techs have fully stocked trucks and are able to provide the repairs immediately, often getting a customer's door working within the hour.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our technicians are factory trained and certified in addition to continued on the job training. We pride ourselves on having the most well trained staff in the industry which allows us to fix the majority of repairs on the spot without having to inconvenience our customers by making them wait until later to have a working door.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure whoever you are considering is state licensed AND insured in their appropriate trade. Hiring an unlicensed contractor gives you little to no recourse if the contractor does not follow through with their promises, and if they are uninsured and hurt themselves while working on your home, you may be liable for their expenses. ALWAYS make sure they display their state license number on their vehicles and invoices. If you don't see one, they probably don't have one.
