What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We provide discounts for Military Veterans and First Responders. We are very transparent with our pricing and will only give estimates on what is needed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will send you an SMS message or call when our technician is on the way to your house. Upon arrival the technician will perform a free safety inspection of your door then he will diagnose and give you free a estimate which will include several options for fixing your door.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our technicians have several years of on the job experience as garage door techs and receive training at Amar's national training facility in North Carolina.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Always been a car person and thought there was need working on garage doors.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with a wide variety of customers just like you in the Metro Atlanta area.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently installed 4 garage doors for a classic car facility. It took several days but turned out beautiful. It was fun working around all of the classic cars.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone honest with good reviews.
