What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer free estimates on all sale calls and consultations. We charge a flat rate service call fee for all service calls. We also offer a $10 discount to all military, First Responders, teachers and senior citizens.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to meet each new customer in person for a free sales call and estimate so that we can get a clear understanding for what the customer needs and wants.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our company has over 20 years of experience in the field. Our technician has training in many different applications of garage doors and openers that include low headroom, highlift and frame-in applications.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

This family owned company was started to provide a better customer service experience and competitive pricing options for customers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Right now our primary focus is on residential customers. Our company has also done limited installs and repairs on some light commercial properties.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had a residential customer who needed two 9x7 garage doors and all of the wood jambs replaced. The two new doors needed to be high-lifted 5 ft. The job took 8 hours to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise the customer to require that your scope of work be provided to you in written form. Always look towards a company that is responsive to your questions and request in a timely fashion and be sure to check reviews of previous customers.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should be aware of their budget and self educate themselves on the type of repair they really need. Be sure to ask your contractor any questions you may have.
