What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do not charge a service call to come out and diagnose the repair needed and provide you with a cost. We charge at a rate of $69/hr and most jobs are completed in an average of 1.5 hours

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once a customer reaches out to us with a repair or installation request we schedule them for an appointment. Appointments are typically made for the same day or at a day and time that works with the customers schedule.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our technicians have extensive training and experience and our training is ongoing with product changes available. Our master technicians have 35 years and 15 years experience. All of our technicians work together utilizing our App, FaceTime and live calls between one another on any job that has unique issues.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our Master technicians and Owner have been working in construction and and garage doors since they were in High School working with family.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with both Residential and Commercial customers with every type of garage door problem imaginable.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Installing new garage doors that make a big difference in the homes curb appeal is always rewarding. The most fond of jobs are those that when you walk in look like a disaster but being able to make the repairs at a cost far less than what the customer was expecting makes both us and the customer very satisfied. These are usually doors that come off track and folded up, hanging and look non-repairable and we have them operational in a couple of hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask questions about the repair and expectations of time and any possible relating issues. Ask if there are better options for long term value versus quick patch fixes. Example, some openers with bad circuit boards may be better to replace versus putting money into something that will most likely have other parts going bad soon because of the normal wear from age and use.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

We will trouble shoot some jobs with you on your initial call if you have an obvious problem that we recognize immediately. We do this to help save you money from having a technician come out to complete a repair that would leave you frustrated if it is something simple. Examples are openers that have been disengaged from the door, Sensors that were hit from a trash bin, The lock is on on the wall pad.
