What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First contact to establish a dialogue and schedule an inspection. We have same day service to inspect or schedule at your convenience. Next, is inspection of the door and options for repair/replacement and pricing. All work is done before payment is due.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Have been in the construction trades over 15 years, and garage doors specifically for majority of it. Have had formal training and thousands of hours of on the job experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Worked in the trade for years and decided to go independent and work for myself and treat the customer a little better than some other companies.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with all types. From barn doors in the middle of nowhere to apartment garage doors in the downtown areas of large cities across the US. From single bedroom homes all the way to mansions with 5 garages on their beach properties.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Normally all of our work is done within the same day of inspection or in one day if it's a new install of a door system.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't be afraid to ask questions.
