What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

when I work with a new customer I typically like to have a meeting at the site to get a visual idea in person about the things needing done. I always like to build a rapport so that the customers comfortable with me and I am them. if there's a good relationship and we feel the fit is good I'm always willing to move forward with talks. I make quotes based on what the customer wants as far as quality quantity speed and productivity.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I built my first house with my father when I was 12 years old from the ground up. ever since that I've been working very hard to hone in my different skills. I am extremely proficient in CNC operations programming and robotics programming. my background is in industrial manufacturing design of which I have an AA degree in. I am also very close to my bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Iowa for technology management. questions about what I can do go ahead and ask!?

everyone from doctors to painters. I work with anybody willing

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently we did a table for a gentleman it took about 5 days

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

my life is aim for what you need. if you need a perfect job with no corners cut, look for somebody with a good skill set and higher individual contractors. if you just need a rough over the surface job typically a subcontractor or somebody like myself who's a handyman who has a wide variety of pretty well honed skills would be a better option.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

well typically how much they charge in an hourly rate or if they charge a flat rate at front and cap off at certain hours. do they include the materials in their cost list also is there reimbursement for materials if there's anything up front.
