If it possible we try to diagnose the issue explain all the available options to resolve the issue and quote over the phone.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

i started working for a company that did garage door repair. after 9 month i opened up my own company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We service all of Chicagoland. Sinlge home, or a townhouse, one car garage or two, we do it all.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

There was an at home teacher, he had a few rollers that broke and the door almost came off the rails. We replaced the rollers and a broken hinge. The client was very happy with the result.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Feel free to shop around before you agree to have a technician come out. A reputable company should provide a rough quote over the phone.
