What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our service call is $39.95 We come out and perform our safety inspection. Once completed we are in a position to quote out the job. If you, the customer, decide to give us the work. We waive the service call and only charge for whats needed in order to get the door and or opener functioning properly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We prefer the customer to call us. Explain the situation so that we have an understanding of the issues. Gives both parties a chance to ask and answer questions before scheduling.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 20 years of experience in the industry. If we cannot fix it, no charge.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We got tired of seeing shoddy work done. Decided to offer superior products and workmanship at fair prices.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently did a double door install . Customer had a corvette 86 in the garage. So impressed with our tech, he gave him a ride in his classic car! Pretty cool customer! The entire install took about 5 hours.

Use a professional. The Garage door is the biggest moving part of your home.

What is the make and model of your product. What size is your door. Be as thorough as possible when explaining the problem.
