What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Before the creation of TeamTaylorDoors, we worked for several garage door companies as we developed and perfected our technique. Now as a business of our own, we know what pricing is actually fair and base our pricing below our greedy competitors.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Before anything else, we like to build a relationship with each and every customer. This builds trust between us and makes the overall experience that much more enjoyable for the customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Years of experience and training with several different companies over the years has molded our company into a truly honest, talented and hardworking team.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Honestly, curiosity started what is now TeamTaylorDoors. And that curiosity has since molded multiple friendships, business partners and the opportunity to leave a positive lasting impression in your home.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with every kind of customer you can think of. But at the end of the day, a customer is a customer and satisfaction is our only goal.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Here at TeamTaylorDoors, we love installing new garage doors in homes. There's no greater feeling than getting to tear down something old and build something beautiful in its place. Knowing every time the customer pulls in their driveway and won't be able to help but smile is icing on the cake.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would always recommend doing your research on companies. Time in the industry isn't as important as honesty.
