Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We never charge a service fee for showing up, all estimates are free. We also don't charge extra fees for doing work on the weekend.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
When we arrive, we diagnose any issue, make an accomplish list with the homeowner, and educate the homeowner on multiple options to solve the issues they are having.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
All of our technicians are either hired with 3+ years experience or are trained via a detailed ProLift certified training process.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Reading up on reviews, especially Google reviews, will tell you lots of what you need to know about who you are doing business with. It's also very important to make sure that the business is insured with general liability and workers comp.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
I think a very important question to ask is "do you subcontract any work?" We only have our own certified technicians do any work, we never subcontract. This is important because if anything ever goes wrong or a warranty issues comes up, you want the expert that did the work to be able to help solve the problem. It's hard to know what goes on day in and day out when you don't have oversight over sub-contracted help.
