What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Each customer is being treated differently based on his needs. Some may need a service ASAP and we will schedule tech visit immediately, and some customers just need information for future projects.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All our team are fully trained, insured and certified per IDEA

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started service customers with their garage doors 15 years ago. While doing that, you understand the importance of working, helping customers, making sure they are not and will not get stuck in their garages together with being able to enjoy safe and quiet use of it.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We are working with residential and commercial customers. Our clients vary from homeowners to builders, property management and any person who have an issue with a garage door or opener

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We installed 48 doors for a new community development as well as 30 commercial doors for a local distribution center. Seeing our community grow and be a part of the crew who build it is very satisfying.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your research regarding reputable local companies. And always demand the best value. It won't necessarily be the cheapest option, but it definitely be the best option.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What they would like to achieve with their garage. Do you want to have a temp fix or do you want to treat the issue and resolve it completely so it will not happen again.
