We are very fair and understanding. We will work around and negotiate with our customers if the need were to arise.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We complete a discovery call, schedule a time for visit with our technician, Upon arrival we will make sure everything is included in the quote, we will send a quote/invoice automated to an email (We will print an invoice; only if needed. We would like to remain paperless) Payments are as easy a 1-2-3! Check or Credit preferred

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our owner has a B.A in Criminal Justice and Psychology. She has been in sales and service for over 10 years with a Stunning Track record with her customers. Our technician has 4+ years experience and SUPERB Customer Service experience. We never leave a customer without knowing our work is complete to the fullest!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We saw that there was a need in Eastern North Carolina for a quality repair, installation and Garage Door Maintenance company. We jumped in head first in our market and have created a name for ourselves with quality work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We service mainly residential garage doors but we also have several contracts with corporate commercial businesses.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We take pride in all of our jobs! There isn't just 1 that we are fond of. What we enjoy the most is hearing the feedback from our customers on the job we've completed and how we've made their day. From installations to simple repairs, each customer is treated with respect and honesty.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Reviews, reviews, reviews!!! When searching for a contractor that you will be allowing into your home, make sure the reviews match with the photos provided, the customer mentions the technicians name, and the after photos of the work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should understand an idea of what they are looking for. Measurements are key to any project and they should have an understanding of what their measurements are. If you do not know how to measure, that is not a problem! We can make sure they are correct for you. Also, as a respected professional in our field, please allow us to complete the job properly after we discuss your needs. This helps the job go smoother and you'll SEE the result once we've completed :)
