What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We believe that it is very important to avoid surprise cost at all times so we strive to very upfront and believe that triple C (Chrystal clear communication) is the best policy

we like to listen first anf the take what there looking for and make it a reality

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

i was a plumber before i opened this company and i did restoration of wood as a hobby that turned in to a passion and along the way i saw the need for honest contractors and so i moved the company to a general contracting company with my wife who quite her job as a civil engineer to come and do this full time as a team

How did you get started doing this type of work?

my dad told me when i was young the more you know the less you will be unemployed and he pushed me to find what i liked in the world and even though i did great in school and college was an option i saw the field of construction as a way to enjoy life and meet new people and do something a truly like doing

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with lots of costumers we usually have customers that tell others about us and that's how we have grown but most of the people I work for I have worked with for over 7-10 years

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

we built some cabinets and its really cool to see how a pile of wood will transform in to something so beautiful and how i get to sit back after its sitting in my shop and i get that wow moment and it shows me im in the right field

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

do your homework and be patient there are so many bad contractors out there and there free to start tomorrow and the good ones are busy and so waiting is something you will have to do and also look at what he has for tools the good ones invest heavily in there tools

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

know what you want and know your budget a lot of time i submit pricing on a very custom project and the price scares people and then they close down but know what you want and if you communicate your budget often i can modify to fit in that budget and being flexible on time will help that a lot with price because if i can build it alongside other projects then that lowers me cost and makes it easier on me
