What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I offer free estimates/inspections. Once the garage door inspection is complete I list any issues I see and give the client all possible solution options they can pick and choose from according to their budget to service/repair/replace/install their garage door, all at affordable prices.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I moved to Las Vegas I worked for the 2 top Garage Door Companies in the Las Vegas Valley Area.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Does the company offer free estimates? I get a ton of stories from clients that would call a company to drive out and give an estimate on their garage door and then be told that there is a "trip charge" for coming out when the client decides to shop around. Ask over the phone is there are any fees/charges for estimates.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do I prefer options that promote longevity & peace of mind (fix and forget it) or the economical option that will get me by for now? I have options for every budget and will show you all of them.
