ProLift Garage Doors offers free estimates for your garage repair and installation needs. Once our technician performs an inspection, you will receive an estimate. Pricing varies depending on the work that needs to be done. We are always transparent when it comes to our pricing, and always happy to explain why things are priced the way they are.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will reach out to you to get some basic information, and set up a free estimate. Once the estimate is scheduled, our technician will arrive in a ProLift truck and will inspect your system. We will provide honest recommendations with free estimates, and restore security and reliability. Plus, with no service call fee, you only pay for the work done!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our technicians are fully licensed and experienced to handle any garage door repair or installation job. We have a culture of continuous improvement so we are constantly staying on top of the garage door industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our technician got into the garage door industry through his own family garage door business. He is passionate about helping homeowners with their garage door needs.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work primarily with residential customers, and have helped out many homeowners in greater Cincinnati.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently had a repeat customer reach out to us because he had a broken torsion spring. We were able to get out to his home and replace the torsion spring in less than an hour. He views ProLift as his go to garage door company so it is always a pleasure to connect with the homeowner, and hear how his family is doing.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The garage door industry can be all over the place when it comes to pricing and service so what makes ProLift different is that we do what we say, and we always follow up!

We would love to know what your goals and timeframe are when it comes to installing a new garage door or opener. For example, are you looking for an insulated door, or are you looking for a quiet motor from an opener? Otherwise, we appreciate any details such as your garage door size, whether or not there are any cars or anything inside the garage, is it an emergency, and any detail that would help our technicians out.
