What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Estimates are always FREE. We give the best prices with the best value. We have senior discounts and veteran discounts. Also we can help you with financing as well. No hidden Fees.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A customer will inquires about garage door services. We will answer their questions and get them scheduled for an estimate. Upon completion of the estimate if a repair is needed and customer wants to proceed, 99% of the time we can do the repair right then on site. If customers estimate was for a new door they can proceed right away or take some time to think about it. That's the general process when working with All American Services.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All technicians must graduate from a 4 week training course that includes simulation and many tests to ensure they are educated and properly trained to work on all makes and models of Garage Doors

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started from a different repair service industry. After doing some minor jobs on garage doors I became very passionate about the garage door industry and saw how costumers are satisfied by my work and decided to learn more about this industry and started doing it full time. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with everyone. We most commonly work with homeowners and HOAs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We love helping out all of our customers. New door installations can be as quick as 1 day if the door is in stock and available. If the new garage door is a special order it can take 6-14 weeks for the new garage door to arrive. We do the absolute best we can each and every job, and we are proud of every job that we complete for our customers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure whatever company you use is license, bonded, and insured. Otherwise, you can be liable if an accident were to occur during the time of the repair or replacement.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If you're looking to get a new garage door you will want to think about timeline available to get the new garage door installed & the budget amount you have for the new garage door. Garage Door prices vary drastically depending on the material it's constructed with. Also keep in mind doing garage door repairs and installs can be extremely dangerous. You can never be too careful when it comes to a garage door repair.
