What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If we can help you over the phone and give you some pricing or answer any questions you have we will do that. Otherwise, we will schedule a time frame that work for you and send a technician who can fix the issue while he is there. We do have same day service guaranteed for any calls before 2pm.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All our techs are certified by the IDEA and by top manufacturer academy as LiftMaster, Amarr and other leading brands

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started 15 years ago servicing customers as technicians, while always looked to take the service to the next level. That mean, better communication with the customers, satisfaction guaranteed, be at the job site on time and provide the best value.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We service residential and commercial customers. Mainly we preform installation, repair and maintenance for garage doors and garage door openers. Anything from a stuck garage door, or broken spring, new garage door installation for builders and commercial jobs like overhead garage doors, rolling steel repair/install.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

2 projects that we are proud of is working with builders, doing about 300-400 new homes a year and by that we build the garages of our community. Another project we recently did is install 3 custom wood garage doors for a customer who had hard time finding help and we were able to complete the job within 2 days and at the best price.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Looking at customers review is definitely important. But other then that, look for the best value you will be getting like price vs warranty vs response time from the company you hire

Asking a professional how much a repair will cost without all the relevant information and without seeing the job will be sometimes challenging for the company. If you would like to know how much a repair job will cost, choose the company who you believe will give you the best value.
