What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will talk with the customer via email, phone, or text, get them set on the schedule for one of our technicians, and provide the service or estimate. We pride ourselves in customer service.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

16 years of experience I garage doors, operators, and repairs. We also install flashing, metal coil trim, around the garage door jambs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was working for a company in 2002 that got me interested in owning my own business one day. 12 years in now starting back in 2006, it was the best decision I ever made.

Our glass doors are my favorite. Full view garage doors are beautiful in modern day homes.

Customers should try to identify where the problem is to try to give the installer and idea of what they need to bring to the job before they come. This way, you will save yourself time, money, and possibly an extra trip.
