What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer free estimates. After hour services start at $89

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We go through the issues involved with the door first, then we give an estimate of how much it would cost to fix, and then fix it on the spot.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Idea certification on commercial and residential doors

What types of customers have you worked with?

We mainly deal with repairs on broken garage doors, for example broken springs, noisy doors, broken cables, and hung up doors. We also repair and replace garage door openers too. New garage doors is also one of our most common jobs, we can get most doors installed within 24 hours unless a special order is needed. We can fix any make or model.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are licensed and insured, your garage door is the largest entry into your home, hire someone you can trust.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If they are willing to give you a specific price over the phone without looking at your door, then they will add on additional fees. That is why we offer free estimates.
